What to do
- Stir together the olive oil, vinegar, and basil in a small bowl until well combined (note: you can also use a blender).
- Arrange the beet slices on a place or cheese board and top with feta cheese, micro greens, and fresh cracked pepper. Drizzle with basil-infused oil and serve.
