Beet Pina Colada Refresher

Prep Time: 3-5 Minutes // Cook Time: 2 minutes Servings: 2

What to do

  1. Add the “Blue” ingredients and 1⁄4 cup of the coconut yogurt into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the remaining 1⁄2 cup of coconut yogurt between 2 large glasses, spreading across the bottom and up the sides of the glass. Sprinkle additional Blue Spirulina along the sides of the glass, allowing it to mix with the yogurt.
  3. Pour half of the Blue smoothie into one glass, the rest into another.
  4. In the same blender, add the “Red” ingredients, blending until smooth. Add a small amount of water to aid blending if necessary.
  5. Splitting between 2 glasses, pour the Red refresher over top of the Blue smoothie. Add a straw or spoon and enjoy!

– 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
– 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
– 1 banana, frozen
– 1⁄4 ripe avocado
– 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
– 1⁄2 tsp vanilla
– 1⁄4 tsp blue spirulina
– 3⁄4 cup coconut yogurt

– 1 cup frozen strawberries
– 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

– Juice of 1⁄2 a lime
– 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
