What to do
- Add the feta, greek yogurt, olive oil and black pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides to evenly incorporate all ingredients.
- Slice beets into wedges. Spread the dip on a large platter and top with beets. Drizzle with olive oil and top with herbs and more black pepper. Serve with crusty bread.
What you’ll Need
16 oz feta cheese
1 cup plain greek yogurt
¼ cup olive oil
Black pepper to taste
2 packages Love Beets White Wine Balsamic Beets, sliced into wedges
2 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp fresh mint
Optional: ½ cup thinly sliced strawberries
More olive oil and pepper for garnish
