Best with Organic Cooked Beets

4th of July Beet-Berry Yogurt Bites

Prep Time: 15 min Servings: 6 large yogurt bites/12 small yogurt bites

What to do

  1. Stir together the yogurt and pure maple syrup in a bowl until combined.
  2. Spoon the yogurt into a silicon mold, filling each mold ¾ of the way up (note: larger ice cube molds works well because they have good surface area for adding toppings). Alternate adding blueberries and beets on top.
  3. Freeze for 2 hours, or until yogurt bites are set up. Release from the mold and serve immediately.

What you’ll Need

1-1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (whole milk recommended), see note*

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or natural sweetener of choice)

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup Love Beets organic cooked beets, chopped

Note: You can use any store-bought sweetened yogurt of your choosing rather than using plain yogurt and adding pure maple syrup
