What to do
- In a mortar or small bowl, combine 1½ cups of blackberries with the honey. Using a pestle or fork, macerate the blackberries with the honey until the berries resemble a loose jam. Set aside.
- In a large pitcher combine the wine, beet juice, orange juice, lime juice, triple sec or cointreau, brandy, and macerated blackberry mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the orange and lime slices and the remaining blackberries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Pour the soda water into the sangria and stir to combine. Pour the sangria into ice filled wine glasses and serve.

1 bottle rosé or white wine
1 14 oz. bottle Love Beets Beet Juice
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup fresh lime juice
5 oz. triple sec or cointreau
5 oz. brandy
1 to 2 large oranges, cut into ¼–inch slices
2 limes, cut into ¼–inch slices
1 cup soda water
