What to do

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor except for the coconut flakes.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the batter. Roll into balls and freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  3. Remove from the freezer and coat with unsweetened coconut flakes. Store in the fridge and enjoy!

  • ½ cup plain 0% (fat-free) greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
