 OFFICIAL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS FOR LOVE BEETS “MIX UP THE BEET” CAMPAIGN

 

  1. The promoter is Love Beets USA whose registered office is at 3 Bala Plaza West, Suite 116, Bala Cynwyd PA, 19004.
  2. Employees of Love Beets USA or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. This campaign is only eligible to those who live in the continental U.S. and who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.  Any entry that does not fit these terms will be void.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. Closing date for entry will be 010/31/2017.  After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. Five winners will receive a Vitamix Legacy Series 7500 blender and year’s supply of products from Love Beets.  “A year’s supply” consists of 52 FREE product vouchers from the company sent all at once for the winners to use as she or he likes.  No other prize substitution permitted except at Love Beets discretion.  The prize is nontransferable.  Any and all prize related expenses, including and without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Love Beets control.  Love Beets will notify any changes to the competition to entrants as soon as possible.
  9. The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.  The prizes are not transferable.  Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  11. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on October 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on October 31, 2017 (“Entry Period”).  During the Entry Period, entrants need to: Visit the Mix Up the Beet Sweepstakes entry page at: http://woobox.com/837qf5 and follow the directions provided to complete the entry form to receive one entry. Limit is one entry per person and per email address.
  12. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.  If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, Love Beets reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick a replacement winners.
  13. Love Beets will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected.
  14. The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
  15. Love Beets USA’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by U.S. law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
  18. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.  Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  19. The winner’s name will be available 30 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Love Beets, 3 Bala Plaza West, Suite 116, Bala Cynwyd PA, 19004.
  20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.  This promotion is also in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any retail store or third party company/organization.  You are providing your information to Love Beets USA and not to any other party.
