What to do
- Start by prepping your vegetables by slicing the beets, onion and green onions.
- In a bowl, toss the beets, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, green onions and sesame seeds. Place in fridge to marinate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Plate in a bowl with white rice, green onions, cucumber and sesame seeds.

1 package of Love Beets Organic Cooked Beets, cubed
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/4th cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Topped with: white rice, green onions, cucumber, sesame seeds
