½ of a red onion, sliced thinly
5-6 radishes, quartered
½ cup kalamata olives
1 package Love Beets Marinated Garlic Herb Baby Beets
Feta cheese
Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
