Moroccan Beet Salad

What to do

  1. In a small bowl whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, cumin, salt and olive oil until mixed well.
  2. In a large bowl, add beets, sliced onions, mint and cilantro. Add dressing and toss until everything is combined.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
