What to do
In a high-powered blender (like a Vitamix) add all the ingredients except toppings. Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and frothy. Warm over medium heat until desired temperature. Serve in mugs topped with coconut whipped cream & cacao nibs.
What you’ll Need
- 16 ounces of your favorite plant based milk – (cashew milk and full fat coconut milk work great!)
- 2 Love Beets Organic Cooked Beets
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup (or coconut sugar)
- 4 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped coconut cream & cacao nibs for topping (optional)
