What to do
- In a small bowl add garlic, tamari, sesame oil, chili oil, honey and rice vinegar. Whisk well and set aside.
- In a bowl add sliced cucumbers, edamame, sesame sticks, sesame seeds, pickled beets and cilantro. Add dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.

3-4 mini cucumbers, sliced
1 cup edamame beans
1 tbsp sesame seeds
¼ cup sesame sticks
1 package Love Beets Perfectly Pickled Beets honey ginger, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Dressing
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp tamari
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili oil
1 clove garlic, minced
