It’s an honor to be nominated
Our beet juices, beet bars, and marinated baby beets stirred up quite a bit of excitement at Expo West!
A few of our wonderful team members flew out to Anaheim, California in March to join almost three thousand natural product exhibitors at Natural products Expo West. George, Lauren, and Chloe had a blast dishing up samples of our crowd-pleasing marinated baby beets, and got to debut our new beet juices and beet bars! The team got encouraging feedback from the show attendees, especially about our Beet-Blueberry Bars, which they couldn’t cut fast enough to keep the plate full!
Our office’s post-expo joy just got an extra jolt: we found out we’ve been nominated for the NEXTY Awards! What is a NEXTY, and why are we so thrilled to have received a nomination? Why, thank you for asking!
Every year at the Natural Products Expo West and Natural Products Expo East, the nation’s top editors and trend researchers scour the showroom floor to find products and brands that they predict will shape the future of the industry. Out of the nearly three thousand exhibitors, Love Beens got selected into the Top 50 semi-finalists for Best Natural, Organic, and Functional Foods and Beverages.
The expo judges look for products and brands that embody the values of innovation within the natural products industry and deeply held social and environmental values, so we are feeling quite honored and special to have made it this far.
The next step is to win the category, naturally. We know we can do it with our amazing fans’ help! The semi-finalist brand that garners the most votes wins their category, and gets to take home the bragging rights of winning a NEXTY. Our team has worked hard to create fun, up-beet products that we are all proud of, and this award would be a special way to celebrate all of the creativity, experimentation, and ingenuity that we pour into our products to make our fans smile!
